Taylor DeClerck is a Program Manager for the Center for Court Innovation’s National Technical Assistance department. Taylor previously provided technical assistance to college-in-prison programs across New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision correctional facilities. She received her M.S.W. in Leadership and Macro Practice from the Fordham University, and her B.S. in psychology and criminal justice from the State University of New York College at Oneonta.
